30-Day Unconditional Guarantee

If you purchased a product direct from Tackle Instrument Supply Co. (not from a retailer) and are not satisfied with the performance/functionality of your purchase for any reason, Tackle Instrument Supply will refund the purchase price to you (minus the shipping costs), no questions asked, within the first 30 days after purchase.  You still must have your dated receipt of purchase. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase. Refund will be issued once we have received the returned product at our shop.  

If you purchased your product from a retailer, you must deal with the retailer directly for all returns and/or refunds.  Tackle Instrument Supply will not honor receipts or return policies from retailers.

Limited Warranty Relating to Tackle Instrument Supply Co. Products

Products bearing the “Tackle Instrument Supply Co.” or “Tackle” or “TISCO”  label are warranted against defects of workmanship and materials. If a defect occurs in a Tackle branded product as the result of normal use, Tackle Instrument Supply Co. will repair the defect or exchange the product at no charge. Product failures caused by excessive wear or abuse do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase. 

Repair Policy

We will repair any Tackle branded product at no charge, regardless of means of purchase, pending an evaluation from our owner Scott. 

  • From the time of purchase up to 90 days after the purchase, Tackle Instrument Supply Co. will pay for the shipping of any repairs needed during this period.  International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in Tackle Instrument Supply Co. shipping rate. Proof of purchase required. 
  • From 91 days to 2 years from purchase, the customer will cover the shipping cost of the product to Tackle Instrument Supply Co. for repair, and Tackle will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after the repair. International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in Tackle Instrument Supply Co. shipping rate. Proof of purchase required. 
  • For repairs of purchases 2 years or older, all shipping costs associated will be the responsibility of the customer.  International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in Tackle Instrument Supply Co. shipping rate. Proof of purchase required. 
  • If no receipt is available or presented, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Tackle Instrument Supply Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please be sure to double check when entering shipping address at checkout. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandise need to be made with the respective carrier. 

International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in Tackle Instrument Supply Co. shipping rate. Please make sure to check with your local service or customs office to find out what fees may be before placing your order.
